Senior Associate
Gayle McLean is a Certified Clinical
Hypnotherapist and a candidate for a Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is
a graduate of the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. Gayle has worked
extensively with families to develop positive parenting skills, and for 15
years, she has been involved in one-on-one counseling through the La Leche

Research Scientist
Dr. Lechtman has been involved in scientific
research for over 30 years in industry as well as in his own private
consulting practice. He serves as an advisory board member to several
prestigious organizations, has been a lecturer and college professor, owns
two U.S. patents, and has authored or co-authored 19 published books and articles.
